Gordon Matilla---There may be questions about whether Elvis is still in the building of life, however he has left a legacy that is more than music, books and statues, as there is a law named after him few of us know anything about. So here's the scoop, as the kind thing to do is to allow people to recognize when the King legacy of law is involved.

Apparently there have been so many issues regarding copyright infringement of the King's image, music and memorabilia that attorneys are now excited about having The Little Book of Elvis Law. The contents include the following subjects: Elvis Presley, trials, litigation, etc, entertainers, legal status, laws, personality, and intellectual property. It comes with case descriptions.

The Elvis book is available at the American Bar Association bookstore, online at this address:

For entertainers and musicians, the book can become a reference guide, particularly for those Elvis impersonators who don't want to step over the line in their imitations, and are just starting out.  Knowing the Elvis law might be cited somewhere it could be a good idea to know what's legal and what's not with reference to Elvis and other entertainment personalities.  And for others?  The myth and mysteries of Elvis will continue, as long as the law allows.
