You’ll need imagination for this, a little creativity, and words perhaps, but thoughts will do when words don't come. Put it together any way you want. Start at the beginning of the story, right where you are this moment, or years ago, or near the end with reflections about it throughout. The story is yours, and it truly is the most beautiful story ever told.

Each one of us is unique, a spark of spirit in a crowded universe; and yet we all have our stories. Each story is beautiful because it is different from any other story anywhere. It has characters, many who are woven from the tapestry of people who come in and out of your life. It has tragedy, from your birth to the end of your life. It has interest because in your story are certain threads that belong to the stories of everyone else, threads that bond us one to another.

Some of you will find the stream of your story in quiet reflections, in the silence of your heart as you sit in a favorite chair. Others of you will feel the rushing of that story through every sinew, muscle and nerve as you sense everything, everywhere you are.

Your story is fashioned from your life, with the best critic and sometimes editor right beside you, never failing, knowledgeable of all your sometimes faults, but believing in your story all the time.   It began with the very thought of you from somewhere and is never-ending, as it blends into the fabric of all that is and all that ever will be.  That story will be wondrous, a work that will be welcomed into the heart of eternity.

Continue with your story. Pursue it. Dream with it. Cherish it. Share it. Give it. Love it, and send it with gratitude to everyone you know. For you are the story, a story more beautiful than you will ever know, than you could ever find, for it’s in your heart right now.
