Bermuda has
already had warnings as Tropical Storm Fiona approaches.  Although the
storm is considered to be a strong one, it is a smaller storm than Earl,
according to NASA and weather experts.

A tropical
storm warning is now in effect for Thursday, September 2 with tropical
storm winds expected by late Friday.  Bermuda is also expecting rain of
about 1 to 3 inches.

Tropical Storm
Fiona approaching Bermuda this afternoon at 1825 UTC (2:25 p.m. EDT) is
seen as quite different in size than Earl.

On Thursday Fiona's tropical storm force winds extended 115 miles from the center, although mainly to the east.

At 2 p.m. EDT on
Sept. 2, Tropical Storm Fiona was reported with had maximum sustained
winds near 50 mph, and slow weakening is forecast in the next 2 days.
