Penny stock companies government aid claimed to stimulate economy

RALEIGH, NC,24-7PR - GHN News -  --While big business complains of struggles, it turns out that small businesses have significant benefits from President Barack Obama's policies, according to penny stock professionals, notably those publicly traded companies with a share price of $5 or less.

"America's small businesses are counting on us," said President Barrack Obama, at a press conference recently.  The focus, he claims, is on helping small business through policies designed to help those where over half the jobs are provided, which are those provided by
penny stocks and other small companies.

Democrats claim that recent legislation offered to small business is meant to stimulate the economy by supporting those indusries and small businesses that provide the bulk of the jobs.

The bill involves $12 billion in tax breaks to small businesses, as well as a $30 billion fund for independent community banks to encourage lending to small firms. A further $200 billion is aimed at small companies that invest in factories and equipment, which relates to the speed at which they are allowed to incur the costs on their books.  This is said to be the response to Obama's election promise to stimulate the economy by helping small business owners.

Industry groups back the bill, as they claim the lending measure would lead to more loans to small businesses, which would subsequently result in more hiring.

Many small businesses, including most public corporations that are trading as penny stocks, have claimed difficulty in getting financing from banks ever since the 2009 financial crises.  The new legislation is designed to provide them assistance.

"Most penny stocks are smaller companies in their start-up phases," stated Peter Leeds,

"They will be the engine that will enable our employment rate to return to former levels, but they need access to capital to make it all happen."Peter Leeds, Inc. is an online newsletter focused on penny stocks.
