Realizing the existence of God

Ghenrietta GordonWhen you look at your reflection in the mirror, what do you see? How do you feel when you see your reflection? Did you know the way you see yourself in the mirror is how other people perceive you in your everyday life? The hidden fact is most people fail to realize that we all are capable of changing and creating a desired transformation at any time, whether if it is a physical change we want to accomplish or a spiritual one. Now let me ask you this: what is an illusion? Something that is adoptable to change and transformation. And what are things that are real? Something that doesn’t change and just exists. Shall we take it apart now?

By the time you are through reading this article, you will be amazed at which things you consider real and which would be just an illusion. In one of the books I recently came across, it was mentioned that those things that are real are the ones that never change. It stroke quite an interest for what I am about to tell you would turn your world upside down and crash all the old ideas you may have had for your entire lives.

What is adoptable to change? Our physical bodies, our thoughts, ideas, everyone we know around us, our dear pets and all the wildlife we know, our planet, the storms and beautiful Sun we see above us, the green foliage in the summer time and the golden leaves falling down in the fall. All these things exist in the constant stage of transformation; we change daily, whether we realize it or not, for it is all an illusion. Our reality we create by our thought, the words we speak, the feelings we have—all these wonderful or challenging attributes we possess are changing as we go through our lives. What are things that may be real? In other words, what in your opinion cannot be changed and just be? We will come back to this question in the end of this article, for the answer, as simple as it may seem, will shock you… in a good way.

Now let us go back to the things that change. Why do you think some people get cured from a deadly disease and some die from a simple cold? The first category changes their thought process; the other category resists to do so. Famous profit Edgar Cayce said during one of his sessions, that an illness is given to someone due to their wrong doing or action; in other words, due to their wrong thinking. What creates action? A thought! Depending on the ethical part of that particular thought, it creates a certain action. If that thought is a positive one, it leads to a positive action, and vice versa. In the old times, they used to say: “What is done, can be undone…” remember this golden saying for it carries a lot of truth in it. What one created with his ill thinking, can be undone by thinking differently—by a positive thought!

More doctors nowadays discover a well-hidden secret that most illnesses and any other physical ailments are the product of a negative thought. It is that simple. Most doctors would not elaborate on it because of the fact that most of them would go out of business the moment people start changing their thought process and recovering. Miraculous healing? Call it however you want to call it—any healing occurs when the owner of that body changes his thought process and begins to believe that he CAN be cured. Every single cell in our bodies has an intelligent structure of its own and CAN be controlled by thought.

Our brain consists of 80% of water; the brain also breaks down and analyzes every single process that happens in our bodies. Water acts as a constant receiver and keeper of information that we come across in our daily lives. If water receives the information, our brain keeps and analyzes it, and all of this can be controlled by our thought. Everything that has an ability to change can be changed. Our bodies, our health, thoughts, the people around us, the life in general, everything we see and come across, can be changed, for it is all an illusion. It is the reality we created in our own minds, with our own thought.

So what is real? What is it that cannot be changed? Well, if you consider a possibility of our souls to be real, perhaps I would have very little argument in that, for I too believe that the core of our souls is real. Even if a soul may transform itself within different lifetimes and numerous life experiences, the core of such soul always exists, for I believe it is what is real. That also leads me to tell that another entity that cannot be changed and always exists, no matter in which world or lifetime, is GOD. This very well proves His benevolent existence and a non-contestable fact that He is real and always has been, for the simple fact that He is an immaculate power and invisible great energy around us that cannot be changed nor controlled.

The unity of three becomes one—God is love. Our souls are in the constant search for love, whether we know it or not. That means that our subconscious mind is always searching for love, trying to re-discover itself, trying to re-discover God, for He is the only thing that is truly real.
